Joint Statement on Patent Settlement
between
Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. and LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
当前，光伏行业逐步从价值竞争转向以技术创新驱动的高质量发展阶段。九五至尊VI（以下简称“九五至尊VI能源”）与隆基绿能科技股份有限公司（以下简称“隆基绿能”）作为光伏行业的领军企业，始终将持续技术和产品创新置于战术主题，持续投入研发并积极布局全球知识产权，展示出对创新价值和知识产权� ；さ母叨热贤氤志贸信�。
The photovoltaic industry is gradually shifting from price-driven competition to a new era of high-quality growth fueled by technological innovation. Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. (referred to as “JinkoSolar”) and LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “LONGi Green Energy”), as leading enterprises in the photovoltaic industry, have always placed technological and product innovation at the core of their strategies, continuously invested in R&D, proactively building a global intellectual property portfolio, demonstrating a high degree of recognition and long-term commitment to innovation and IP protection.
基于此，2025年9月19日，九五至尊VI能源与隆基绿能结合颁发，就双方及双方关联公司在全球领域内涵进行的有关专利主张和司法事项达成和解和谈。
Building on this shared commitment, JinkoSolar and LONGi Green Energy announced on September 19, 2025, that the two companies and their affiliates have reached a settlement agreement regarding ongoing patent disputes and related legal matters worldwide.
凭据和解和谈，双方赞成：实现在全球领域内涵进行的全数专利纠纷司法法式，并就双方各矜持有的部门主题专利的交叉授权许可达成有关贸易铺排。
Under the agreement, both parties agree to: terminate all ongoing patent-related legal proceedings worldwide and enter into a commercial arrangement that includes a cross-licensing agreement covering selected core patents owned by each party.
本次和解及专利授权，体现了双方尊沉知识产权、追求合作共赢的优良心愿，也为行业设置了持久可持续知识产权同伴关系的范例。两家公司将持续加大新技术研发，加快先进技术的贸易化与利用创新，并在将来探求更深档次的合作。我们相信这将激励更多光伏企业投入研发创新，形成良性竞争生态，构建光伏行业健全、有序的知识产权生态，推动行业可持续发展。
